This workshop is a physical attendance workshop, helping us work with our anger, learning to express it and experience it in a healthy way. Our anger will complete its' lifecycle - composting into the earth. We will learn to visualize and meditate, reconnecting ourselves and aligning to our paths.
.Any memories or feelings the anger release may have triggered can be discussed - in the small group of 7 - or privately with either Merle Master Healer and the attending Psychologist.
